Avivi AI Smart Search collects and processes product catalog data from your Shopify store, including product titles, descriptions, tags, and prices. This data is used to create vector embeddings for our semantic search engine.
Your store's data is stored in a secure vector database (Qdrant) and is strictly isolated using your unique shop ID. We ensure that data from different stores never mixes.
In compliance with GDPR and Shopify's requirements, all data associated with your store is automatically deleted from our vector database within 48 hours of the application being uninstalled.
